In Daoist philosophy, true vitality arises from balancing the Three Treasures: Jing, Qi, and Shen. We are born with a certain amount of Jing, our foundational essence. Through nourishment, breath, movement, and mindful living, we preserve and support Jing while cultivating Qi, creating the foundation for lasting vitality and inner balance. Together the two combine to create Shen (spirit). The philosophy can be explained in a metaphor to a candle.

Candle Wax – Jing (essence): How we preserve, cultivate or stimulate our energy through herbs Flame – Qi (vitality): How we nourish ourselves with food and lifestyle Radiance – Shen (spirit): How we shine into the world

Most modern supplements only push energy. Daoist tradition teaches that stimulation without nourishment can exhaust Qi and gradually draw upon Jing, the body’s foundational essence.

Evolved Alchemy’s Three Treasures was formulated differently—as a complete tonic system designed to nourish deeply, energize steadily, and ground the mind. Drawing inspiration from Daoist principles, it supports the natural cycle of cultivation and restoration: energy is generated, expressed through life and creativity, then replenished through stillness, nourishment, and mindful living. The result is a continuous rhythm of vitality, balance, and renewal.
